rediscover, reveal, reimagine

rediscover, reveal, reimaginerediscover, reveal, reimaginerediscover, reveal, reimagine

Shape the molten metal of history with the struggles, triumphs, and convictions of those who lived it, and strike your mark.

Who We Are

Online curriculum for middle- and high-school students. We rediscover history, reveal stories, and reimagine choices that impacted the world.

ReCast the Past's online curriculum emphasizes:

  • active engagement with history,
  • immersive storytelling,
  • inquiry-based research,
  • role-playing,
  • hands-on challenges and
  • decision-making that reflects their growing worldview.

Individually or in groups, students step into the roles of historical figures, make critical decisions, and witness the outcomes. This interactive approach allows students to connect with historical narratives personally, enhancing critical thinking skills and fostering a deeper appreciation for history's impact on the present.

Just as molten metal flows into molds to create something new, students engage with the struggles, triumphs, and convictions of those who lived through history. Their actions recast the past, transforming historical events and ideas into personal insight. The dynamic process mirrors the glowing transformation of molten metal into a purposeful and enduring creation.
